 Surgical Assistant

Jessie has over 10 years of experience in the dental field. 

Jessie grew up in Sanborn, NY, and some of her favorite hobbies are “glamping” trips and cruising on her motorcycle.

When Jessie is not assisting in surgeries, you can find her crafting magic in her own Etsy shop, curating and selling delightful handmade treasures. Amidst this creativity, Jessie cherishes quality moments with her kitten, Princess.

Jessie’s kindness and knack for creativity make her a cherished part of our team.

Lila
Surgical Assistant

Lila has over 10 years of experience in the dental field and plays an essential role as a surgical assistant in our office. She takes pride in creating a calm, reassuring environment for patients and supporting the team with care and precision. 

Outside of work, Lila enjoys cooking, traveling and making meaningful memories with family and friends.

Lila’s thoughtful nature and steady presence makes her a wonderful part of the team. 

Dawn
Surgical Assistant

 With a strong background in medical and dental care, Dawn is dedicated to supporting our patients throughout their oral surgery experience.

Her caring and approachable personality helps patients feel comfortable and at ease.

She is a lifelong Western New York resident who enjoys gardening, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two sons. 

Allana
Surgical Assistant

Allana holds a degree in surgical technology and has been in the oral surgery field for 10 years. 

Allana grew up in the small town of Albion and her favorite hobbies are attending concerts and music festivals. She also enjoys camping and gaming. When she isn’t working, you can find her giving all her attention to her 2 cats at home. 

Allana’s kindness and warmth makes her exceptionally skilled at caring for patients.

Lacey
Patient Care Coordinator

Lacey is our newest Patient Care coordinator. She loves the color pink, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her 16 year old Schnauzer, Sammy!

Lacey grew up in Wheatfield New York with her only sibling Loren who is like her built in best friend. In her spare time, if she is not at the office greeting patients, she is probably down at her grandparents house in Lewiston riding golf carts!

Her smile and presence in the office are some of the best things about her.

Lauren
Patient Care Coordinator

Lauren holds a degree in Chemistry from Chatham University and is a walking encyclopedia of random fun facts, always ready to share fascinating information with anyone who’s curious. Environmentalism is a source of inspiration for Lauren, and her passion for sustainability is evident in her everyday actions. Lauren warmly greets our patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they have a comfortable and positive experience.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys going on nature walks, puzzles, and spending quality time with her cats.

Tanya is the epitome of resourcefulness and thoughtfulness. Tanya’s infectious laughter is contagious and brightens the spirits of our patients and staff. Tanya’s biggest motivation and inspiration in life are her children.

Tanya has a warm and welcoming smile that greets every patient, making them feel at ease from the moment they walk through our doors.

Tanya is the heart and soul of 716 Oral Surgery, consistently bringing creative ideas and solutions to the table. When it comes to dependability, everyone in the office can count on Tanya and her presence is truly invaluable.

Michelle has over 13 years of dentistry experience in both general and surgical. She grew up in the Hudson Valley, but moved to Buffalo in 2022.

Some of her favorite hobbies include puzzles, working out and board games.

When she’s not at work, you can usually spot her playing with her beautiful daughters or baking something yummy!

She’s one of the newest members of our team, but with her humor and experience, you would never know!
